*New Class* What is HIIT? HIIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule with research highlighting its ability to burn more calories quickly. Think fast cardio, reaching 90% of your max heart rate. What is Yoga-HIIT? This combines intensive heart-pumping exercises with traditional yoga poses. Heated too? Yep… this will help to burn the calories, boost cardio vascular fitness and increase flexibility.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time for an unexpected event, please contact Michelle. You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class.
