Hi, I'm Michelle and I'm the founder of Peppermint Hot Yoga & Wellbeing Ltd where I aim to offer a 360 approach to health and wellbeing.
I am extremely passionate about natural health and how an imbalance within our body can impact us on many different levels. I believe in treating the body as a whole-integrative system rather than treating individual symptoms. That is why I offer a wide variety of natural approaches for the mind, body and soul.
I am one of the yoga teachers here at peppermint as well as the wellbeing therapist.
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor (level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling) and a member of the BACP. This means that I am qualified to offer a range of modalities within my approach including, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, providing me with the flexibility to match your needs and work in a way that suits you best.
I am also a Clinical Hypnotherapist which enables me to work with the subconscious mind using gentle techniques to bring about positive change.
Alice teaches a strong hot yoga flow on a Friday at 10am.
