A 40 minute Yin session followed by a 20 minute Nidra deep rest. Yin yoga is a more passive style, working with a slow progressive load on joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. You will be guided through a series of soothing postures which will all be linked together, working towards a theme and goal of the class. Then, enjoy the benefits of calming down the mind and body through the method of guided meditation. Get cosy as you drift off to that place in between worlds where everything feels calm and peaceful. Bring a pillow, blanket and and eye pillow for your own comfort preference.
Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time for an unexpected event, please contact Michelle. You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class.
