Service Description

Work your asana off is a challenging, full body workout utilising weights for upper body training exercises, while performing a series of power yoga poses for the core and lower body strength. Also using resistance bands, dumbbells and kettles bells to create hypertrophy within the muscles… working our asana off 😉.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time for an unexpected event, please contact Michelle. You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. Thank you 🙏 Please see policies for further details.
