Service Description
Class Level - All Levels Room temperature - Hot (approximately 43 degrees) An energising and strong practice in the hot room. You will be guided through a series of postures that flow fluidly, using the breath. The postures will build in speed and strength throughout the class to build energy and heat, before coming back down to enjoy a well-deserved relaxation. Drink plenty of water before during and afterwards. Avoid eating a heavy meal 2-3 hours prior to the class. Dress lightly. If possible bring your own mat and towel, alternatively you can use one of ours. Inform your instructor of any modifications you made need prior to the class start.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time, in an emergency , please contact Michelle. You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Please note that we do not charge no-show fees like many other studios and so we rely solely on the mutual respect between ourselves and our customers. As tempting as it is to miss a booked class when your plans change, please respect that we still have to run that class. If we have several ‘no-shows’ this not only impacts the morale of instructors but the scheduled planned for that month. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. However, we do our best to avoid this happening. Thank you 🙏 Please see policies for further details.
