Service Description

An energising and strong practice in the hot room. You will be guided through a series of postures that flow fluidly, using the breath. The postures will build in speed and strength throughout the class to build energy and heat, before coming back down to enjoy a well-deserved relaxation. Drink plenty of water before during and afterwards. Avoid eating a heavy meal 2-3 hours prior to the class. Dress lightly. If possible bring your own mat and towel, alternatively you can use one of ours.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your class with 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time for an unexpected event, please contact Michelle. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. Thank you 🙏
