Yogaroma: A Harmonious Blend of Scent and Movement** Yogaroma is a holistic practice that integrates the therapeutic benefits of essential oils with traditional yoga. The concept behind Aroma Yoga is to enhance the mind-body connection by using scents that complement and deepen the effects of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation. Each essential oil used is selected for its unique properties that align with the purpose of the session, whether it’s to relax, energize, ground, or uplift. In a yogaroma session, essential oils are diffused into the air, applied topically, or inhaled directly during different parts of the practice. For instance, calming scents like lavender or frankincense might be used during a restorative or yin yoga session, while energizing oils like peppermint or citrus blends could accompany a more vigorous flow.
