Yin & Tonic St Helens
Service Description
Yin & Tonic Slow down, unwind, and nourish your mind and body in our Yin & Tonic session. We begin with gentle breathwork to ease into a state of relaxation before moving through a series of themed yin postures, designed to release tension and restore balance. Each posture is held for an extended period, allowing deep release within the body and calming the nervous system. To complete your journey, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra or a soothing meditation, enhanced by the gentle application of essential oils to further relax and rejuvenate you. This session is the perfect antidote to stress, inviting stillness, healing, and complete relaxation. Non-heated room. Suitable for all abilities. Suitable for pregnancy.
