Vinyasa/ Ashtanga Liverpool
Service Description
This dynamic class blends the structure and discipline of traditional Ashtanga with the creative flow of Vinyasa. Expect a strong, continuous sequence linking breath to movement, building internal heat, strength and mental focus. You’ll move through sun salutations, standing sequences, balancing postures and controlled transitions with an emphasis on alignment and breath (ujjayi). Level: All levels (modifications offered)

Please read the booking policy prior to purchasing a pass or class booking. • Classes with fewer than 6 students may be cancelled. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to retain your payment or credit. • If we cancel outside this policy, you will receive a refund, a replacement class or in some cases an extension. • Please check your emails before travelling. • Passes may be extended if we have cancelled outside of this policy. However, extension requests due to low attendance cancellations cannot be accepted. • Please do not park on Wellington Yard, find alternative street parking nearby.
