A powerful blend of mobility, strength and flexibility This heated class focuses on deeper, longer-held stretches combined with progressive conditioning postures to support strength, stability and full-body balance. Practised in a warm room, heat allows the muscles to soften, helping you move safely into deeper stretches while building control and resilience. The class is designed to stretch, strengthen and condition the body, improving posture, joint health and overall mobility. Expect a steady, mindful pace with intelligently sequenced poses that progress gradually, making the class both effective and accessible. Options are always offered so you can work at your own level. Suitable for most levels — especially beneficial for those wanting to improve flexibility, support recovery, or complement other training.
