Service Description
Hatha Yoga A slower-paced, grounding yoga class focused on mindful movement, breathwork and traditional postures. This class is designed to improve: * Flexibility and mobility * Strength and balance * Posture and alignment * Breathing and nervous system regulation * Mind-body connection Expect a calm and supportive environment with time to fully explore each posture, making it ideal for beginners as well as those wanting a more gentle, restorative practice.

Cancellation Policy
Classes with fewer than 6 students may be cancelled (3 for reformer)• Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or a £5 fee may apply• Approved refunds will be issued minus the original payment processing fee• If we cancel outside this policy, you’ll receive a refund, class credit, or extension (no extensions for low attendance cancellations)• Check emails before travelling• Do not park on Wellington Yard — we are not liable for any fines • Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use — please inform your instructor before class if you do not consent • Participation is at your own risk — we are not liable for injuries By booking, you agree to these terms.Peppermint Hot Yoga & Wellbeing reserves the right to update them at any time.
