Service Description

Are you ready to fly? You will be guided through the preparation postures, drills, the correct form and adjustments to nail your inversions! This workshop will be led by Michelle and Nic who are both passionate about Includes goodie bag :)

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time for an unexpected event, please contact Michelle. You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. Thank you 🙏 Please see policies for further details.
