Service Description
Class Level - All levels Room Temperature - Hot! Around 43 degrees. This is a strong practice, with lots of upper and lower body work. The aim of a power class is to build the muscle strength needed to achieve yoga postures used in most classes. There will be sweat and lots of it. So this is a great cardio and strength workout combined. Also, this is our ‘fun’ class, so be prepared to laugh and not take life too seriously :). Please bring a towel and mat with you if possible, or use one of ours. Hydrate throughout and afterwards. Dress lightly. Avoid eating a heavy meal 2-3 hours prior to the class.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time, in an emergency , please contact Michelle. You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Please note that we do not charge no-show fees like many other studios and so we rely solely on the mutual respect between ourselves and our customers. As tempting as it is to miss a booked class when your plans change, please respect that we still have to run that class. If we have several ‘no-shows’ this not only impacts the morale of instructors but the scheduled planned for that month. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. However, we do our best to avoid this happening. Thank you 🙏 Please see policies for further details.
