Service Description

Barre Class Sculpt, tone, and lengthen your body in this low-impact, high-burn class inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional movement. Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, you’ll target key muscle groups to build strength, stability, and endurance. The room will still be warm from the class before, helping your body stay supple and making it easier to deepen stretches and activate muscles. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, energising music, and a satisfying full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and empowered. Suitable for all levels – no dance experience required.

Cancellation Policy
