Service Description

A dynamic and traditional yoga practice linking breath with movement through a set sequence of postures known as the Primary Series. This class focuses on building: * Strength and flexibility * Core stability * Balance and posture * Mental focus and discipline * Mobility and endurance Expect a flowing, energising practice using breath (ujjayi), movement and drishti (gaze points) to create moving meditation and internal heat. Suitable for those wanting to deepen their yoga practice, improve body awareness and build both physical and mental resilience. Modifications can be offered where needed.
