Service Description
A traditional, disciplined and deeply transformative practice 🧘♀️🔥 This 90-minute heated class guides you through the full Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga, focusing on breath (ujjayi), movement, strength, flexibility and steady concentration. Practised in a warm room, heat supports deeper opening, detoxification and improved circulation, while the structured sequence builds stamina, stability and mental resilience. Expect a strong, flowing practice that challenges the body and sharpens the mind. This class is ideal for students with some yoga experience or those ready to commit to a longer, more focused practice. Modifications are offered where needed, but the integrity of the Primary Series is maintained. You’ll leave feeling worked, grounded, clear-headed and deeply accomplished. Cancellation Policy
Please read the booking policy prior to purchasing a pass or class booking. • Classes with fewer than 6 students may be cancelled. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to retain your payment or credit. • If we cancel outside this policy, you will receive a refund, a replacement class or in some cases an extension. • Please check your emails before travelling. • Passes may be extended if we have cancelled outside of this policy. However, extension requests due to low attendance cancellations cannot be accepted. • Please do not park on Wellington Yard, find alternative street parking nearby.
