Experience the Magic of the Full Moon Sound Bath, a transcendental journey under the luminous glow of the full moon. Immerse yourself in a blissful evening of harmonic resonance as we harness the celestial energy of the full moon to rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit. What to Expect: Soothing Soundscapes: Let the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments wash over you, transporting you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Energetic Cleansing: Allow the powerful resonance of sound to release stagnant energy, clear blockages, and promote balance within your chakras, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Community Connection: Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering a sense of unity and shared experience. Sound relaxes, rejuvenates, and heals your body and mind. Reserve sacred time for yourself. Every last Sunday of the month 18:00-19:30 Door opens 5:45 Precautions : Individuals in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with pacemakers, sound-induced epilepsy, hearing aids, or other sensitive medical conditions are advised against participating in the sound bath experience. **Please bring your blanket, cushions, eye pillows, and a thicker mat for added comfort during deep relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
Please read the booking policy prior to purchasing a pass or class booking. • Classes with fewer than 6 students may be cancelled. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to retain your payment or credit. • If we cancel outside this policy, you will receive a refund, a replacement class or in some cases an extension. • Please check your emails before travelling. • Passes may be extended if we have cancelled outside of this policy. However, extension requests due to low attendance cancellations cannot be accepted. Peppermint Hot Yoga and wellbeing reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions to suit the needs of the business.
