Yin & Tonic Unwind and restore in this deeply nourishing class that blends long-held yin poses with the healing stillness of yoga nidra. You’ll begin with a slow, grounding yin practice to gently open the body’s connective tissues, followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation to fully relax the nervous system and reset the mind. Expect cosy props, calming scents, and soothing sounds to support your journey inward. Each session is thoughtfully themed around natural cycles and seasonal energies—honouring the rhythms of nature and helping you reconnect with your own inner flow. Perfect for all levels, especially those in need of rest, release, and renewal.

Cancellation Policy
Please read the booking policy prior to purchasing a pass or class booking. • Classes with fewer than 6 students may be cancelled. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to retain your payment or credit. • If we cancel outside this policy, you will receive a refund, a replacement class or in some cases an extension. • Please check your emails before travelling. • Passes may be extended if we have cancelled outside of this policy. However, extension requests due to low attendance cancellations cannot be accepted. • Please do not park on Wellington Yard, find alternative street parking nearby.
