❄️ Cold Water Dip at Three Shires Head ❄️ Join us on Sunday, 26th April, from 9 AM to 12 PM for a refreshing adventure to one of nature’s hidden gems! ✨ What to Expect: 🌿 A beautiful walk through stunning scenery 🌬️ Breathwork to prepare the body & mind 💦 A rejuvenating cold water dip together 🔥 Warming movement after to restore circulation 🍵 Nourishing herbal tea & homemade soup with bread Benefits of Cold Water Therapy: • Boosts circulation and immunity • Increases energy and mental clarity • Reduces inflammation and muscle soreness • Enhances mood and reduces stress • Supports detoxification and skin health 📍 Location: Three Shires Head 💸 Cost: £20 per person (half price for selected memberships). 💡 Car Sharing: Please make your own way there. Car sharing will be requested. Please layer up on clothing, bring a towel, wet shoes, and waterproofs. Please wear a dry robe if possible. Come reset, reconnect, and embrace the magic of cold water therapy. Health and safety • Heart Conditions – Cold water can cause rapid changes in blood pressure and heart rate, which may be dangerous for people with heart problems. • Respiratory Issues – Cold water can trigger asthma or exacerbate breathing difficulties. • Raynaud’s Disease – People with this condition, which affects blood flow to extremities, should avoid cold exposure. • Poor Circulation – If you already struggle with circulation, cold water could cause further constriction of blood vessels. • Cold Sensitivity – Those with a low tolerance to cold or who easily suffer from hypothermia should avoid it. • Pregnancy – It’s best to consult a healthcare provider before engaging in cold water therapy while pregnant. • Infections or Open Wounds – If you have skin infections, cuts, or open wounds, the cold water could aggravate the condition. • Epilepsy – Cold water immersion may trigger seizures in some people, so it’s not recommended for those with epilepsy without medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before trying cold water therapy, especially if you have any of these conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Please read the booking policy prior to purchasing a pass or class booking. • Classes with fewer than 6 students may be cancelled. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to retain your payment or credit. • If we cancel outside this policy, you will receive a refund, a replacement class or in some cases an extension. • Please check your emails before travelling. • Passes may be extended if we have cancelled outside of this policy. However, extension requests due to low attendance cancellations cannot be accepted.
