A mindful, full-body class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and improve posture. You’ll move through slow, controlled sequences that engage deep muscles, increase flexibility, and support overall alignment. With focused breathing and precise movements, it’s a calm yet effective way to connect body and mind. Class Details: • Length: 90 minutes
