Whatever your fitness level, yoga is a great way to relax and spend time with your unborn baby. Learn breathing techniques, practice birthing poses and connect with your changing body. What you’ll get? Enjoy 4 sessions in our tranquil space where you’ll meet other expectant mums, learn breathing techniques , simple pain-relieving methods and yoga postures to support your pregnancy and birth. Please note, there needs to be a minimum of 5 students for the course to run.
Please cancel your class with 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time for an unexpected event, please contact Michelle.
