Service Description

A personalized, one-on-one Pilates session tailored to your unique goals, needs, and fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your practice, this session focuses on improving posture, core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. Using precise movements and expert guidance, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Pilates principles and techniques. Modifications and progressions ensure a safe, challenging, and effective workout designed just for you. Ideal for rehabilitation, athletic performance enhancement, or achieving a balanced, healthier body.


Cancellation Policy

Refunds only available if studio has cancelled the class. Please ensure that you can attend the class before you decide to book. Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice in order to reschedule. If you need to cancel after this time, in an emergency , please contact Michelle .You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Please note that we do not charge no-show fees like many other studios and so we rely solely on the mutual respect between ourselves and our customers. As tempting as it is to miss a booked class when your plans change, please respect that we still have to run that class. If we have several ‘no-shows’ this not only impacts the morale of instructors but the scheduled planned for that month. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. However, we do our best to avoid this happening.
