Designed with deep postures carving muscles and calories, refreshing the mind and soul through movement. Starting your week off with a redesigned mind and ending your week with a cleansed soul all whilst designing our bodies in true form. Ready To Get Your Soul Fresh Fix🙏🏼 Suitable for all levels of yoga ability.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your class with 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time for an unexpected event, please contact Michelle. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. Thank you 🙏
