Service Description

If you are looking to improve your flexibility, balance and mobility as well as recover after a heavy week of training then this class is for you. This class includes a thorough warm-up, and activation exercises to switch on the correct muscles for stretching and support. Plus conditioning exercises, dynamic and active flexibility stretches to improve range of movement. We will use a range of props to support the streets as well as the heat to aid the muscle activation. Why you should stretch? The increased blood flow assists in recovery via the heart pumping more blood to those sore muscles. The oxygen carried to those muscles will then aid in the recovery of the torn muscles fibers. Therefore, stretching is an excellent way for your body to recover while you remain calmly active.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time, in an emergency , please contact Michelle. You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Please note that we do not charge no-show fees like many other studios and so we rely solely on the mutual respect between ourselves and our customers. As tempting as it is to miss a booked class when your plans change, please respect that we still have to run that class. If we have several ‘no-shows’ this not only impacts the morale of our instructors but results in monetary losses for the business. This is how we make a living and cannot afford to work for free or waste our time :) Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails.
