Service Description

Get your set calories for weight loss, weight gain or maintenance. Discuss your concerns around lifestyle, habits and food choices with our nutritional coach. Chat about your health and fitness goals and come up with a plan to achieve those. Discover your current BMI, body measurements and height to waist ratio as a starting point. Take part in a super-energised fitness class to kick-start your journey. Opportunity to return to us for a future workshop to check in on your progress. Includes healthy snack. Upon booking, please send us your preferred contact details, then Mel will be in touch to discuss your needs prior to the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment or class credit. If you need to cancel after this time for an unexpected event, please contact Michelle. You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. Thank you 🙏 Please see policies for further details.
