Often called a “yogi push-up,” Chaturanga builds strength, control, and alignment, forming the foundation for smooth vinyasa transitions. But let’s be real—it’s also one of the most commonly struggled-with poses! Many yogis experience shoulder strain, low back collapse, or lack of strength, making it a frustrating part of their practice. Please read the booking policy prior to purchasing a pass or class booking. • Classes with fewer than 6 students may be cancelled. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to retain your payment or credit. • If we cancel outside this policy, you will receive a refund, a replacement class or in some cases an extension. • Please check your emails before travelling. • Passes may be extended if we have cancelled outside of this policy. However, extension requests due to low attendance cancellations cannot be accepted.
