Service Description
“Pilates for Beginners: Strengthen, Stretch, & Energise” Join us for a beginner-friendly Pilates workshop designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates in a supportive and welcoming environment. Perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to refresh their basics, this workshop will help you improve core strength, flexibility, and posture while learning proper form and breathing techniques. Expect a fun, energising workout that leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed. Plus, all participants will receive a free goodie bag filled with essentials fuel and nourish you throughout the workshop. Duration: 2 hours What to Bring: A mat (or you can borrow one of ours) water, and comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds only available if studio has cancelled the class. Please ensure that you can attend the class before you decide to book. Please cancel your class with at least 24 hours notice in order to reschedule. If you need to cancel after this time, in an emergency , please contact Michelle .You are able to reschedule your class yourself up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Please note that we do not charge no-show fees like many other studios and so we rely solely on the mutual respect between ourselves and our customers. As tempting as it is to miss a booked class when your plans change, please respect that we still have to run that class. If we have several ‘no-shows’ this not only impacts the morale of instructors but the scheduled planned for that month. Classes with less than 6 students will be cancelled so keep a check on your notifications/emails. However, we do our best to avoid this happening. Thank you 🙏 Please see policies for further details.
